Arjen de Snoo, DLA Piper Arjen has a lot of practical experience in guiding and counselling both governments and companies, especially on the implementation of new innovative laws like the Spatial Planning Act (2008), the Crisis and Recovery Act (2010), Climate Act (2019) and the coming Environment and Planning Act (2021). He supervises the Environment & Planning practice and Climate Change practice in Amsterdam. Arjen has handed many cases involving advice and litigation before the civil courts and the Council of State. He represents both governments and companies in sectors like project development, infrastructure and (renewable) energy. |
Arthur van Kooij, Prologis ? Arthur van Kooij is VP Project Management Northern Europe at Prologis. As Head of Project Management Northern Europe, he is leading the overall project management of developments for Prologis in Northern Europe. Arthur is responsible for the alignment of the project management teams in Benelux, Germany & Sweden. In this role, he oversees the realization of multiple logistics real estate projects from initiative to completion. He ensures that projects run efficiently, on time, to budget and against best quality. At Prologis he has gained development experience of over 800.000 square meters of logistics real estate. |

Martin Haller, DLA Piper Martin advises on real estate law, in particular on real estate transactions. He has particular expertise in the comprehensive advice of project developments: He supports his clients from the property analysis to the construction and realization of the project, including the creation of building rights, structuring, leasing and exit. His clients are national and international real estate investors and project developers. |
Bahar Celik, INREV She was with GRESB before coming to INREV, where she supported ESG assessments for infrastructure sector. Before that, Bahar worked for a several years as a product developer in a private bank, with a focus on sustainability-oriented products. She received a MSc in Environment and Resource Management from Free University Amsterdam and a BSc in Political Science and Public Administration from Middle East Technical University, Ankara Turkey. |
