Aangemaakt op: 11 jul 2011The Romania Green Building Council is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals to assist them with a variety of transformative projects promoting sustainable construction in Romania and the CEE region. These include:
- Design, Construction and Opening of Europe’s first “Living Building Challenge” project in Cacica, Romania
- Implementation of an electronic marketplace to repurpose, recycle and divert construction waste in an economically viable manner
- Contributing to the content and promotion of a 10 course, 56 hour program suitable in content and cost structure for the region.
- Promotion of a region-wide effort to promote collaboration and development of the new Green Building Councils in Central & Eastern Europe.
- Other activities as listed at http://www.RoGBC.org
The exact responsibilities will be discussed and agreed to in advance based on the candidate’s profile and interests. Fluent English in speaking and writing is necessary; Romanian is not (but, of course…would be an advantage). A minimum commitment of 1 month is necessary.
Successful Candidates will be offered a monthly stipend to sufficiently cover travel and living expenses in Bucharest.
